He was a staff writer for America Online’s Digital City, and has been published in a number of magazines and newspapers over the years. Erin's interest in cooking started at the age of 5, when she made a pot of soup with vegetables from her grandparent’s garden. She and her husband entertain frequently in their home. where the focus is always on sharing a stress-free, delicious meal with family and friends. Erin, husband Jerry, and their three children have made the Santa Clarita Valley their home since January 1983.
